The AutoFlex system features a spring in the heel mechanism that automatically provides 5 mm of travel between the toe and heel during the arc of a turn. The result is an easy-to-use binding that provides elasticity to support the natural flex of the ski, increasing absorption and enhancing safety. The patented Step-in Aid system guides the boot perfectly into position, while the Climbing Aid easily adjusts to 0°, 7° or 13° with a simple flick of the stick. The Touring brakes are equipped with a unique locking system that makes it easy to switch between hiking and skiing modes. The Alu/PA Pin toe and heel use a high-performance fibreglass-reinforced PA material to keep the binding light for climbing, but strong and reliable for descending.
